Reporting a wrong time
If a rift or event time doesn't match the game, these details help us check it quickly:
- Your server (Asia, etc.)
- The date and the time the game showed (server time, JST)
- Which event (Spacetime Rift, Shugo Festival, Artifact Siege…)
- A screenshot if you have one (feel free to hide your character name)
Reports are cross-checked against other reports and data before we change anything, and changes are logged in the update history.
What we can't help with
- Game accounts, payments or bugs: please contact NCSOFT support. This site is not affiliated with NCSOFT.
- Account or item trading, or third-party tools.
