AION2 Timer is an unofficial fan site that helps AION 2 players catch Spacetime Rifts and timed events. It is not affiliated with NCSOFT. AION and AION2 are trademarks of NCSOFT Corporation; the site uses no official logos or artwork. The main site is in Japanese; the English pages cover the Asia server.
What's here
- AION 2 Spacetime Rift timer: countdown to the next rift, today's rift times and locations
- AION 2 event & boss timer: field bosses, Artifact Siege, Shugo Festival and a weekly calendar
- Pets and Hidden Cubes: how they work and how to collect them
- Maintenance schedule (Japanese): read automatically from the official notices
Where the times come from
NCSOFT does not publish Global (Asia server) rift or event times. We set them like this:
- Client data: values from several overseas database and timer sites that read the game client's schedule tables.
- Server-wide messages: checked against the times of "a rift has opened" and similar messages seen on Asia-server streams.
- Player reports: compared with reports from Japanese players and the Japanese wikis.
- When sources disagree, the time actually seen in the game wins, and the disagreement is explained on the page (usually in the FAQ).
Every time on the site comes from a single schedule file, so the timetables, countdowns and alerts always agree. Times last checked: 17 October 2026.
If the game shows something different, trust the game, and please let us know.
Update history
- Added contact and terms pages; privacy policy now covers cookies and advertising. Found that some times and limits in the official Japanese guide are Korea/Taiwan values; explained in the event timer FAQ.
- Added the event & boss timer (Watcher Kaira, the Executors, Guardian Lord Nahma, Artifact Siege, Arena of Tactics, Shugo Festival, Dimensional Invasion). Rechecked rift times: some overseas sites moved to a 00:00 grid, but stream evidence and the Japanese wikis still show 02:00, 05:00, 08:00…, so we kept that.
- Added Hidden Cubes.
- Added Pets with a soul calculator.
- Site launched. Rift times set to every 3 hours from 02:00 JST, based on server-wide messages seen at 17:00 and 23:00 on an Asia-server stream.
